Only-Nice complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responds promptly to copyright infringement notices. We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users.

This policy outlines the procedures for filing copyright infringement notices and removing content that violates third-party rights.

The DMCA provides safe harbor protection for online service providers that implement proper notice-and-takedown procedures. This policy ensures compliance with 17 U.S.C. §512(c).

We remove content upon valid DMCA notices and take action against users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

All notices are processed in accordance with DMCA requirements and applicable law.

We maintain detailed records of all DMCA notices and maintain transparency in our enforcement actions while protecting user privacy.

Users who violate copyright laws may face account suspension, content removal, and potential legal action.

Under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, a valid takedown notice must contain all of the following elements:

To file a valid DMCA notice, your claim must include:

• An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
• Information sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party
• A statement that the complainer has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the complainer is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Content will be removed expeditiously upon verification of a valid notice.

Users will be notified of takedown actions and provided with counter-notice information.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice under Section 512(g).

Counter-notices must include identification of the removed material, contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Content may be restored 10-14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action.

We maintain a three-strike policy for copyright violations.

Users with multiple validated copyright violations will have their accounts terminated.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for egregious violations.

• Identification of the removed material and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that removal was mistaken
• Your name and email address
• Consent to jurisdiction of federal district court

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we promptly remove the disputed content.

We notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal and the reason.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content in accordance with DMCA procedures.

We terminate service for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

Repeat infringer accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
